First Steps!

Okay gonna start slow - can't even believe I'm here - like everyone I suppose! I believe one of the ways to feel a little better about situations like we find ourselves in is to help someone else. Volunteer in some way - give back to your community - even if its just small like holding the door open for someone and just being a little more polite - sooner or later it comes back to you ! It's one way to keep from getting really depressed too.

When I have the energy I'll share my story but for now I think I'll just read everyone else's and get to know you all a little. This time of year is hard on so many people and when you think about it we mostly put the pressure on our selves - giving at holiday time doesn't always have to cost money - not that receiving gifts isn't kinda nice :) ..... I wish everyone here that is struggling peace of mind today and at least one blessing ....... stay strong ......
